Advertising Rates
GetMobile carries four types of advertising: Recruitment Ads, ACM/SIG Member Ads, Product Ads, and Sister Society/Conference Ads (please email the editors for rates, which depend on the event sponsors). Ads can be formatted either as Classified (text typeset by ACM) or Display (camera-ready art supplied by the client or its ad agency).
Recruitment Ads: Recruitment advertising is placed by universities, government agencies, or corporations in order to fill a position.
Classified Rates: $7.00 per line, 40 characters per line
Display Rates: Display recruitment ads are run either as a full page, half page, or quarter page. Organizations that place multiple insertions into any of the newsletters receive a frequency discount. Rates are affected by size of circulation as follows: $660 for a full page, $400 for a half page, $240 for a quarter page.
ACM/SIG Member Ads: ACM/SIG Member advertising may be placed by a member who is looking for a position. Available in classified format only. Nominal charge of $50.00 per ad for typesetting. Maximum of 12 lines per ad and 40 characters per line. Each additional line: $5.00.
Product Ads: Product advertising is placed by corporations or advertising agencies to sell products. Like Recruitment Ads, these can be in classified or display format.
Classified Rates: $7.00 per line, 40 characters per line
